Quality control
Kraats Kaas has a very strict quality policy; the company guarantees a permanent quality control during all elements of the production process. This has resulted in BRC and IFS certifications at the highest level. With IFS and BRC, each article that we deliver to our customers can be traced to the very last detail. The company work floor in Hoogeveen, which is 9.000 m², meets the highest industry standards for hygiene, quality and OHSA regulations. We do not compromise on this issue.
Kraats Kaas guarantees delivery reliability and a well above average quality in cheeses, packaging and total customer care. Hereby, the continuous availability of cheese – supplied by the DOC Cheese in Hoogeveen – is one of the most important elements.
