MOZZARELLA

This Italian cheese is originally made from the milk of the water buffalo. The Kraats Kaas mozzarella is made from pasteurised cow milk. Mozzarella is most often used on pizza. When heated, the cheese gets very stringy. The young cheese has a very refreshing flavour. Kraats Kaas also has a number of different mozzarella gratings in its product range.
