QUALITY, PROCESCONTROLE AND TRACING
At Kraats Kaas, we put a lot of attention into the final products. From the moment of receipt to the moment of delivery as a packaged product, we keep a close eye on the cheese. We check whether all the critical quality standards that we have set, are being met.
Examples of some of the checks that are performed during the processing: residual oxygen tests, weight tests, bar code testing and permanent temperature control. All products have a unique code that is used during the entire process, from start to finish. Based on this data, we can carefully and easily trace our products.
